Can I live in my home during the recladding process?

We recommend finding alternative living arrangements while your leaky home is being reclad. Living in your home may seem like a good choice financially, but it definitely adds stress and takes a big toll on homeowners who choose to do so. The site will be cold and dusty, and security will be compromised, as all windows need to be removed. It also adds to your labour costs, as for health and safety purposes, rather than leaving your home ‘building site clean’, we will need to clean the house to a far higher standard at the end of each work day.
