We worked closely with the homeowners to reclad and fully renovate their home. We also added a pop-up extension to create a luxurious master bedroom suite.

The old plaster exterior looked tired and dated. The home has been transformed by recladding it in timeless weatherboards.

The new pop-up extension boasts a luxurious master suite with spectacular harbour views. The owners love their walk-in wardrobe and beautiful, fully tiled ensuite. It includes a double wall-mounted vanity and generous frameless glass shower with handy recessed niches for toiletries.

The open plan living space sits on the central floor and includes a kitchen, dining space, living room with a feature gas fire, and stylish guest powder room. Accessible from both the dining room and living room, is a north-facing louvred outdoor terrace.

The renovated kitchen has a very sleek, designer look with its monochromatic palette, feature pendants, handleless cabinetry and high-end appliances. A butler's pantry with a cavity sliding door helps to maximise storage while keeping it out of sight.
