This St Heliers home was originally solid plaster with a curved cedar shingle and butynol roof.

It's now fully reclad in pine bevel back weatherboards, with a couple of feature areas at the front of the house in oiled, vertical cedar weatherboards. We also removed the old roof and replaced it with Colorsteel corrugate roofing.

RECLAD & RENO PROJECT

The installation of new double glazed windows and doors will ensure the owners enjoy a warmer, more insulated home. This project included new paint and carpet throughout the interior, and we renovated and fully tiled the two upstairs bathrooms.
