This property in Somerville, Botany Downs was originally clad with Insulclad, a plaster over polystyrene system.

We gave the house a more modern look by recladding it in weatherboards. The covered entry and garage door was also given a facelift to refresh the architecture. The home's joinery was replaced and some of the windows were redesigned.

Arches were removed and the colour was lightened to create a brighter, more modern look. We replaced old style skylights with modern, sealed versions to maintain light levels but secure a weather tight roof.
